Veena comes with an overall 14+ years of experience. As an HR Manager, she motivates talent and helps them explore their true potential and achieve their career aspirations. Prior to EDI, she was working with an architectural firm named KGD Architecture. She has a very good understanding of how an architectural firm works. She drives and supports key strategic plans for the business including Workforce Planning and change initiatives based on the business needs. She influences organizations in various aspects, like employee management, employee development, performance measurement, and goal accomplishment that leads to business success.

She nurtures a positive working environment and aligning team members to company values and ethics. She feels exceptionally proud and it generates a high sense of accomplishment working at EDI.
