At the Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai (SISD), Education Design International (EDI) led a transformative interior design strategy rooted in biophilic principles, promoting student well-being, sustainability, and a strong connection to nature.
The redesigned primary and secondary lobbies and student lounge serve as dynamic social hubs, featuring flexible seating, collaborative zones, and vibrant, brand-inspired accents that energize the space. Natural materials, calming wood tones, soft grey finishes, and green living walls create a balanced, nurturing atmosphere.
This holistic approach reflects SISD’s core values of sustainability, innovation, togetherness, and academic excellence, resulting in a vibrant, inclusive campus where students thrive, connect, and grow.
