A high tension line divides the western part of the site by a third due to which academic blocks are strategically placed to create interesting zones between the buildings and also assist in passive cooling. The Achievers School has an iconic educational setting for the next generation that will emerge and stand out as a premier educational institution in the region. The new Achievers School is a balance between superior infrastructure and excellence in academics, aimed at making learning a fun and continuous process, thereby accomplishing the goal of mentoring each child to be an achiever in life. The new school also boasts of all amenities for multi-disciplinary studies, sports (indoor and outdoor), art studios, auditorium (music, dance and theatre) and multi utility activity labs. It is intended that the premises is kept open after school hours for use by the community for sports, knowledge sharing, art exhibitions and presentations by industry experts in the auditorium planned in the global learning center. The design philosophy bearing in mind the transparency between communities, use of commons is integrated within the academic areas. The sporting facilities include a mix of outdoor and indoor activities, a basketball, volley ball, tennis, swimming pool, football field and cricket practice nets are planned outdoors. Board games, squash courts and a variety of indoor sport activities also find place in the campus. A “learning-kund” as an extension of the library has been conceived, that also doubles up as an amphitheater/ activity zone. The logo of the school has an interesting concept of collaboration and this has been depicted liberally in the campus and building façade.
