This branch of Oi chain of play schools in Bangalore is probably the largest in terms of built up area and the open space for play equipments. The interiors for this play school have been designed with interesting elements and every space being utilized for some activity. There is a provision of a cave space/ tent structure where a student can study independently. The walls are partly covered with interesting wall paper designs and the floor covering is a combination of various coloured vinyl in the learning studios and the commons which acts as a protection against trips and falls. The Landscape for this play school has been designed with a lot of interesting elements which includes Traffic Park, sand pit areas, slides, trampoline, swings, maze, amphitheatre, gazebo with in an existing coconut tree (with adequate protection against falling coconuts) and a water spout area for a fun filled experience for the tots. The striking entrance gate with an abacus feature is very eye catching- there is an additional abacus installed on the other gate from the inside at a lower level where the students can play and learn. The compound wall has a train silhouette with alphabets which adds to the appeal. There is a characteristic flock of birds in flight installation as you come out of the interior space and move towards the water spout area. The soft landscape is completed with lush green English grass and tall bamboo shoots lining up the compound wall from the inside. The hard landscape with chappadi stone slabs is very inviting for the kids to play hip hop apart from acting as interesting pathways. The furniture and the play equipments were sourced by the client.
