This 80,000 square feet interior design project for Modern Indian School in Kathmandu is part of an existing building. This G+3 building is designed to cater to grades 1 to 12. Reception Area - Spaces finishes include white marble flooring and the color scheme varies from white to grey to red. The double height wall is designed to be used as a display area of student work. Various zones are defined by flooring patterns/ materials. Learning Studios - Space finishes include vitrified flooring and the color scheme which varies from olive green to white. Lighter colors enhance the quality of natural light. The furniture arrangement is very flexible so that the same space can be used for lecture based learning, collaborative learning or group discussions.
